This was the second time we had to call Cool R Us to do some AC work. The first time a newer unit had a condenser leak. They fixed it quickly and for a great price. This most recent time, our 21 year old unit died so it was time to replace it. We called them at about 4:30 the Friday before Labor Day weekend and they came out to check it out within 20 minutes. We decided to pull the trigger on the new unit. The installers came bright and early on Sunday. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make everything look clean and professional. The installers and techs were super nice and professional. We called around to other companies to make sure we were getting a good deal and everywhere else wanted to charge $1000 more for the unit and install. Overall I would never hesitate to call these guys again! They did great work and gave us fast, professional service the two times we had to all them. The Cool R Us service team is excellent. They kept me informed by text when they were going to arrive. Included a picture of who would be arriving. They were very professional, polite and did a great job of servicing my air conditioning. I purchased an AC unit from them for my home, for our one rental townhouse. I have referred six or seven people that have all purchased units and serviced and never heard one single complaint from anyone. It just doesn’t get any better than that. Highly recommend. Read Less
