Guys were great, they got here in time, found a problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The communication was great, and they were very professional and careful not to damage or dirty up anything in our home. They prices were reasonable. Awesome crew. First time they came they identified a refrigerant leak in our AC. They filled it up and ordered the part needed. It’s showed up in a weeks time and they came back to replace it. When they checked the refrigerant levels, they found that there was no loss of pressure, so to save us money, they said they would come back in a month and re check. The folks at Cool R Us installed my new unit years ago and they did an amazing job for us at a reasonable price. I've had them maintain and make repairs at my son's house and my daughter's house. Most recently, they repaired my daughter's heating unit and they were very quick to arrive, did a wonderful job and were very honest with us. We were prepared to be told the entire unit needed to be replaced, but Cool R Us said "there's no reason to replace this unit it just needs a little help" and, a short time later, the heat was working again. I was shocked at how affordable the service visit was on a SUNDAY!! That amazed me. I made the appointment on Saturday afternoon, and within minutes, I had a confirmation of the appointment. Josh and his crew from Cool-R-Us were professional and on point. Josh showed up promptly at the appointed schedule time and was able to explain pricing ,the scope of the work and recommendations for what was needed to update our aging HVAC system. These folks were very competitively priced and offered a high-quality product with 10 year warranty on parts in 2 1/2 years on Workmanship/service. The crew ( Vase and George) showed up promptly on time communicated what was going on and did a superlative job of removing the old unit and putting in the new system. Everything was pretty easy and the gentleman completed the job from start to finish in under eight hours. There was no surprise costs or hiccups, and we received a folder with the warranty and details and the only thing we had to do was schedule the inspection. The installation team showed us the work that was completed and explained/recapped what they did and made sure we were happy campers!
