Guys were great, they got here in time, found a problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The communication was great, and they were very professional and careful not to damage or dirty up anything in our home. They prices were reasonable. Awesome crew. First time they came they identified a refrigerant leak in our AC. They filled it up and ordered the part needed. It’s showed up in a weeks time and they came back to replace it. When they checked the refrigerant levels, they found that there was no loss of pressure, so to save us money, they said they would come back in a month and re check. They could have easily changed the part and taken money for the labor, but they did an honest thing and told us we don’t need to get it done right now. Again phenomenal crew. Read Less

Cannot rate this company high enough. Lek was super helpful diagnosing our current and future needs for a new system in an older home. Vase and his crew of 3 others were all over the installation in a hard working, efficient manner and paid particular attention to our home, dog, etc. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience. The folks at Cool R Us installed my new unit years ago and they did an amazing job for us at a reasonable price. I've had them maintain and make repairs at my son's house and my daughter's house. Most recently, they repaired my daughter's heating unit and they were very quick to arrive, did a wonderful job and were very honest with us. We were prepared to be told the entire unit needed to be replaced, but Cool R Us said "there's no reason to replace this unit it just needs a little help" and, a short time later, the heat was working again. I was shocked at how affordable the service visit was on a SUNDAY!! That amazed me. I made the appointment on Saturday afternoon, and within minutes, I had a confirmation of the appointment. This is the second review I write for this company. As before, all the personnel at COOL-R-US were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable from start to finish this time as well. Initially they replaced the supply duct and distribution box around August 2024, and they did an outstanding job then. In October 2024 they replaced all my duct work, distribution boxes, etc. They were here from 8 AM to past 6PM. Again, they did an outstanding job. They were on time, they explained what was to be done, they covered the floors inside the house, they were very careful up in the attic, they picked up everything and vacuumed the inside the house, dusted the furniture when needed, swept the garage floor, etc. after they were done. The owner, Lek Gjoka and the Project Manager, Josh Conway, are always readily available to address any questions or concerns. Thank you all. I must congratulate Lek, the owner, on building and maintaining an atmosphere of excellent customer service and outstanding job performance. I recommend this company fully.
