Cool R US, Inc. was referred to me by my brother and sister. Excellent service and fair pricing. They replaced one of my two units. It started around nine and was completed with the installation around 12. But when testing the unit, they found a leak in the copper wiring in my home. The owner sprung into action and sent two more techs(one was his brother)and copper wiring to run copper from the attic(2 story home) down to the new unit outside. It was a long day for those guys, but they remained professional the whole time. Wonderful company to work with. Reasonably priced and very efficient. Less than 24 hours from signing of the contract to completing a install of a new 4 ton unit. This was the second time we had to call Cool R Us to do some AC work. The first time a newer unit had a condenser leak. They fixed it quickly and for a great price. This most recent time, our 21 year old unit died so it was time to replace it. We called them at about 4:30 the Friday before Labor Day weekend and they came out to check it out within 20 minutes. We decided to pull the trigger on the new unit. The installers came bright and early on Sunday. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make everything look clean and professional. The installers and techs were super nice and professional. We called around to other companies to make sure we were getting a good deal and everywhere else wanted to charge $1000 more for the unit and install. Overall I would never hesitate to call these guys again! They did great work and gave us fast, professional service the two times we had to all them.
